your no obligation 10-20 minute consultation

CONSULTATION

- Let’s talk about you, your goals and how I can
help you achieve them 

- When we’re both happy, we’ll proceed with secure payment

YOUR PLAN

- Within the next five working days, you’ll receive
your nutrition programme (macronutrient targets,
nutrient timing, supplement recommendations), 
meal plan and everything else included in your package

5.

SUPPORT

- With the customised templates provided, you’ll check in regularly
with your measurements and other data so that
we can outline actionable objectives to keep you
on top of your goals

- Depending on your package, take advantage of
your support options to instil motivation, promote adherence, 
troubleshoot, and discuss anything else that comes to mind
